Coffee shops in Lawrence, Kansas are a very popular place for our students to venture to and there are plenty for students to choose from.

Sophomore Josh Stadick enjoys Java Break the most out of all the coffee shops in Lawrence.

“Noah Katz [Senior] takes me there all the time after games. I like the vibe of the place, there’s a room you can write stuff in and board games,” Stadick said.

Java Break offers a variety of drinks for coffee fans, as well as those who just like a warm drink on a cold day.

“They have this Lieutenant Dan with chocolate whipped cream, fire,” Stadick said, describing his favorite drink.

Junior Megan Kennedy also likes Java Break.

“The atmosphere is pretty cool and I like the board games,” Kennedy said, “My favorite drink is the hot sex bomb, it’s hot chocolate, a double shot of espresso and whipped cream.”

Sophomore Jayce Andrews favorite coffee shop in Lawrence is Dunkin Donuts.

“Its right inside of Lawrence and they have the best drinks,” Andrews said.

Her favorite drink is the frozen coffee with whipped cream.

Vice Principal Joe Zlatnik’s favorite coffee shop in Lawrence is Henry’s.

“When I was going to college my wife and I’s first date was there,” Zlatnik said.
