Cardinals Take On Panthers

Last Friday, September 19 the Cardinal football team took on the Paola Panthers on their own turf for the first time in the 2014 season. Due to an ankle injury, junior quarterback grant Elston could not play forcing the Cardinals to run an entirely new offense with a brand new quarterback, junior Austin Downing.

The Cardinals suffered another injury in the 4th quarter, losing senior running back Chris Rivers for the rest of the game. Eudora lost 48-8, but plan to get back on track in the home game against Wellsville on Friday, September 26.
